The cultural life of Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise is formed in accordance with the plan of mass cultural events agreed with the Trade Union Committee of the enterprise and approved by the General Director of Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise.
One of the tasks of building any society is formation of human personality, its all-round, harmonious development, high spiritual culture and creative aspirations. The management of the enterprise pays great attention to the culture, making every possible effort to organize decent conditions for recreation and entertainment.
Today Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise carefully preserves and enhances traditions of collective creativity. More than twenty mass cultural events are held throughout the year, some of which have already become traditional. These are such events as “Young Professionals Initiation”, “Builder’s Day”, “Competition of Amateur Artists”, “Evening of Meeting with Veterans of the Enterprise” and many others. Amateur artists from among the employees of Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise are active participants in all cultural events not only within the enterprise, but also successfully represent the team during various concerts, competitions and festivals of city, regional and republican scales.
The enterprise often wins prizes thanks to its talented employees who are the key to an active, successful and diverse cultural life of the enterprise.
