Sale of pre-concrete set for a 2-storeyed energy efficient residential building
Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise sells precast concrete for the installation of a 2-storeyed one-apartment residential house of the total area of 159.53 m²

External walls
Three-layer external prefabricated reinforced concrete wall panels of the thickness of 390 mm.
The outer layer of heavy concrete C30/37 of 50 mm thick with the use of textured elastic matrices to create texturized decorative concrete surface.
The inner layer is made of C20/25 heavy concrete, 140 mm thick. Environmental class for operating conditions is XF1.
Insulating layer of polystyrene foam (expanded polystyrene foam) of 200 mm.
Ceilings are made of heavy concrete c20/25 of 160 mm.
Internal walls are made of C20/25 heavy concrete of thickness of 80, 120, 160 mm.
The external wall panels of the parapet are made of heavy concrete C30/37 of 90 mm thick.
The products are made using products from Peikko (a leading manufacturer of embedded parts for precast concrete products, headquartered in Lahti, Finland), which are designed for non-welded assembly and erection of the house as a whole.
For hidden electrical wiring in reinforced concrete products pipes and electrical boxes manufactured by ABB are provided.
