Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise is a modern powerful company, one of the best construction organizations in the Republic of Belarus, which has two large house-building industrial complexes.
The enterprise was founded on 17 December 1969 in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Industrial Construction of the BSSR on the basis of the precast concrete plant No. 9 of the Stroymontazhindustria Industrial Complex and the site of the Construction Department No. 116 of Stroytrest No. 8.
The company specializing in large-panel house construction has been operating in the industry for more than 50 years. The structure of our company provides a closed construction cycle – from design to turnkey delivery of finished facilities.
Our company has two branches:
- The branch Project Management Department develops design documents for residential buildings construction, service buildings, engineering infrastructure and improvement facilities, and performs field supervision of construction.
- The branch of Brestzhilstroy Utility Unitary Enterprise in Kaliningrad performs organizational work in constructing residential, non-residential facilities and providing construction services on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The enterprise includes two large-panel house construction plants in Brest and Gantsevichy, as well as Kobrindrev Production Department.
During the reconstruction of the plant in Brest, which was completed in summer in 2011, a new large-panel house-building plant equipped with processing lines of the German company EBAWE was built at the enterprise. The capacity of the large-panel house construction plant after reconstruction amounted to 150 thousand square meters of the total area of residential buildings per year.
The number of personnel of the plant is more than 2,000 the core of which consists of highly qualified specialists. In terms of professional training, the personnel of the enterprise retains leading positions among related companies.
Today Brestzhilstroy is a leader in the Brest region in terms of the volume of commissioning of the total area of residential buildings, and it also implements large construction projects in the republic and abroad.
